To check the status of your online credit card order placed through CCNow.com, please use the online tracking system. As a general guideline, most orders going to Europe or the UK require 14 to 21 days for delivery from the date of shipping, while orders shipping inside the U.S. require 4 to 10 days from date of shipping. If your order fails to arrive during that time frame (unfortunately, orders sometimes do go astray), please do not hesitate to e-mail and request a reshipment or a refund. Please note that our ultimate goal is to help the average person to gain the ability to raise their own food and to teach them to save their own heirloom seeds, regardless of their garden size. We are not a big global corporation and we do our best to get our seeds out to people. It is becoming harder and harder to get seeds to customers, especially those overseas, and sometimes orders do go astray, but even if it takes multiple attempts to get our seed to you, we'll keep trying. Even in the event that a customer requests a refund, we'll still make further attempts at delivery and the seeds are yours to keep free of charge.
